This trek gives you a chance to visit many temples and see the villages that are otherwise not as accessible. It gives you a great glimpse into the people and culture of Bhutan within a very few days.

Detailed Route & Itinerary 

Day 1: 12 kms of trekking takes you to Ngang Lhakhang highest camp at 2800m in the journey
Day 2: The following day you start a 16 km trek going through Phephe La with ending the day at Tahung. The elevation of Phephe la pass stands at 3360m.
Day 3: The last day (16km) trek take you via Mebar Tsho (Burning Lake) and ends at Mesithang.

March to May and September to November are the best months to go on this trek.
