Overview 

Chitwan National Park was established in 1973 and is listed as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. It was granted the status of World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1984. Chitwan National Park has many types of eco-systems and it is very rich in flora and fauna. You will find many species of birds, sloth bears, crocodiles, rhinos, tigers and monkeys. The place is very famous for bird watching. Every year thousands of bird enthusiasts come here for bird watching. You can take various safari packages for jungle safari here.
You have to take an entry ticket of 500 Rs. to get into the park.
