Created by the Badulla Oya (river), Dunhinda falls is 63 meters high and cascades down into a pool. The last one kilometer distance from the main B36 highway is a walk on a muddy footpath. Along the way one can see a small waterfall at a distance. There is a visitors point created for tourists to view the falls.

How to reach
It is around 5kms from Badulla town, the last 1 km being a mud path off the B36 highway going north from Badulla.
