The Lohagad fort is about 3400 feet high with about four doors to it, Ganesh Darwaja, Narayan Darwaja, Hanuman Darwaja and Maha Darwaja. The Maha Darwaja bears some beautiful sculptures. The best attraction of this fort is the Vinchu Kata which is a range of hills that look like Capricorn. You can also get an exclusive glance of the Pawana Dam from this fort. The fort is believed to be about ten centuries old.
