Mansa Devi Temple, situated on the Bilwa Parvat, is one of the most popular and most visited temples of Haridwar and is dedicated to Mansa Devi, wife of the Nag King Vasuki. One can either take the cable car or trek to the top of the hill. There are two statues of the goddess, one with five arms and three faces and the other one with eight arms. There is a sacred tree near the temple where devotees tie threads for fulfillment of their wishes. The temple offers panoramic views of Haridwar city.
