Nakhoda Mosque was built by Abdar Rahim Osman in 1926. The total estimated cost incurred for the construction was about INR 15 lakhs.
10,000 men can perform the 'Namaaz' in the huge prayer hall of the mosque. In between is a dome and two minarets which are about 151 ft high. You will also find 25 tiny pillars. Granite stones were brought from Tolepur. Come and visit the classic exhibition of exquisite ornamentation and artistic extravaganza.
