It is located on the Deoboom Lam in the southern part of the city. Built in the 1974 to honor the Third King of Bhutan, it is known to be the most visible religious landmark in Bhutan. The place is dedicated to the third Druk Gyalpo of Bhutan and was last renovated recently in 2008.
