Temperature in Paro can vary with every passing hour. The day can be pleasant with 15C and nights can be freezing cold. The best way to directly get to Paro is by flight as it has Bhutan's only airport. Paro is well reachable by road from Thimpu otherwise, which is around 55kms from here.

Paro is connected to Bangkok, Kathmandu, Dhaka and India (Bagdogra, Guwahati, Delhi, Gaya, Kolkata). Nepalese airlines Buddha Air has been recently given permission to fly to Paro but offers connections only on Sunday, Wednesday and Friday.
