Also known as the Star Fort, Taragarh Fort was built in 1354. Located on a hilltop, a steep road up the hill leads to an enormous gateway. Of interest are the reservoirs carved of solid rock and the Bhim Burj, the largest of the battlements, on which a cannon is mounted. Views from the top of the small town make for good photographs.
