It is a temple on the outskirts of the town which is dedicated to the guardian deity of Wangdue Phodrang region. It is said that one can seek his blessings and your wishes may come true by rolling the dice in the temple. Locals visit the temple mainly to seek blessing for their newborns and name them in the presence of the guardian deity.
